[Standard Hollow Balloons] Hollow balloons provide heat insulation through an air layer resembling an eggshell, but when the temperature rises by even one degree, their heat dissipation capacity decreases, and the heat-storing layer does not cool down even at night, which can contribute to the urban heat island effect.
