R&D Products
Born from on-site needs, our products include soil hardeners, heat-shielding materials, and various coating agents — more than 10 product lines tailored to each application. Leveraging our in-house development capability, we also offer flexible customization for each deployment environment. As "technology that works on the ground," we deliver products that directly resolve our customers' challenges.
Soil stabilizing hardener
This inorganic soil stabilizer is suitable for use with all types of soil. Its excellent binding properties firmly stabilize the ground, making it ideal for a wide range of applications, including temporary roads and work yards. Furthermore, the product meets the standards for 29 harmful substances based on soil environmental guidelines, ensuring it is designed with safety in mind.
Concrete deterioration inhibitor
This is a deterioration inhibitor designed to enhance the durability of concrete structures and slow the progression of deterioration. It effectively combats major causes of deterioration—such as salt damage, carbonation, and freeze-thaw damage—and reduces the risk of rebar corrosion. Unlike conventional surface protectants, it penetrates deep into the concrete while imparting water-repellent properties, thereby providing long-term protection for the structure.
Heat-shielding material
Next-generation heat-reflective coatings for roofs and exterior walls that utilize ultra-fine, amorphous silica, as well as heat-reflective window coatings that significantly block UV rays from entering through window glass, thereby improving indoor environments These solutions help reduce the load on air conditioning systems, contributing to energy savings and lower electricity bills
Cleaning agent
We offer a wide range of cleaning agents suitable for various applications, including water stains and dust on exterior walls, floors, and concrete structures, as well as grease stains on equipment and machinery. These products enhance the adhesion of coatings and significantly contribute to improving the quality of the finished work.
Coating material
This coating product is applied to areas vulnerable to rainwater, UV rays, salt damage, and chemicals to inhibit corrosion and the growth of mold and bacteria. It helps extend the service life of equipment and buildings.
Eco Sales
Toward a sustainable society, we sell and propose a range of products that help reduce environmental impact. We provide highly effective solutions in waste recycling, wastewater treatment, and resource circulation.
Facility Works
To address our customers' challenges, we cover architecture, demolition, civil engineering, electrical, HVAC and sanitary equipment, and building equipment inspections and surveys — proposing optimal construction plans from a comprehensive perspective that takes facility use, operating conditions, and long-term plans into account.
