Construction Management (Electrical Systems / Tokyo)
| Job Description | Electrical Installation Work for New Construction and Renovation Projects at Public Facilities, etc. Candidates with relevant experience will be assigned as site representatives. You will primarily be responsible for renovation projects. General electrical systems ・Lighting systems ・Low-voltage systems ・Wiring work, etc. |

| Qualifications | Standard driver's license Class 1 Electrician or Class 1 Electrical Construction Management Technician At least 3 years of practical experience in construction management |
| Salary Details | Monthly salary: 270,000 yen and up (determined based on experience and ability) Certification allowance (Class 1 Construction Management Engineer: 30,000 yen per month) Annual pay raise / Bonus* (based on company performance) |
| Working Hours | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (8-hour workday / 60-minute break) Commute between the worksite and home; direct travel to and from the worksite is permitted |
| Work Location | Based at the Tokyo Branch (Adachi Ward) Assignments may be in Tokyo (Minato Ward, etc.), Saitama, Kanagawa, or Chiba, depending on site conditions *May require on-site residency in Tokyo and the surrounding area |
| Days Off | Two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) *If work is required on a holiday due to site conditions, a substitute day off will be provided. Year-end and New Year holidays / Golden Week / Summer vacation Annual paid leave |
